Phase 1 - Pre-Foundation Development Phase (5u-8U)
This early development phase aims to introduce the basic techniques of hitting with power, throwing mechanics, fielding fundamentals and aggressive base running. Psychomotor ability and coordination through agility exercises will also be utilized. This maintains a fun atmosphere where each child can develop a love for the game in a positive encouraging environment.
Phase 2 - Foundation Development Phase (9U-12U)
This phase aims to develop a dominant individual through the application of advanced high repetition, technique driven drills and coordination/agility training. These exercises will encourage our players to move aggressively and quickly yet under control in all phases of the game so they are in control of every condition on the field.
Phase 3 - Advanced Development phase (13U-15U)
This development phase aims to introduce the concepts of adjusting to a regulation sized field, while utilizing the heavy concentration of fundamental training from the previous development phase. Players will have built the proper strength and technique so that the physical jump in distance will be seamless.
Phase 4 - Premier Development Phase (16U-18U)
This phase aims to have our top players master the tactical aspects of the game. While there are never guarantees that a youth sport program will get your child interest from colleges and professional teams, our training is among the best for players to reach their full potential and follow their dreams, whether these dreams are to play professionally, collegiately, or recreationally. Most importantly, this final developmental phase will cement the lifelong love for the game that the previous development phases created.
